CEANING TECHNICIAN (CONTRACTOR)

Position Overview: Badger Cleaning is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional service in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Clean and maintain floors, carpets, walls, windows, and furniture.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Respond promptly to client requests and concerns.
• Assist with specialized cleaning tasks such as post-construction and move-in/move-out cleaning.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices.
• Experience in commercial and residential cleaning settings.
